This is my son with his favorite Hot Wheel. The CTS-V wagon

I saw my first ever real CTS-V wagon today and it was glorious

Not sure I've ever seen one. Portland doesn't seem very Caddy friendly, with the exception of the Northstar versions seniors drive. I did see an ATS the other day though and got mildly excited..

I live in a wealthy area that mostly tends to be mercs, bmws, and audis, but then I saw a caddy wagon coming towards me, then noticed the grille and got extremely excited, meanwhile my mom just said she thought it was ugly

It sounds like your mother is the reason WE CAN'T HAVE NICE THINGS! :P

She wants a Q5 as her next car, despite me trying to convince her otherwise

I was going to say gently steer her in the direction of an A4 Avant for the same price, but I just visited Audi's site and it looks like they don't even offer the Avant anymore!!! :( Best you can do with a hatch that's not quite an SUV/CUV is the Allroad...

Doug DeMuro Would Be Proud
Your son's is probably a manual, though.

Lol. When we go to the auto show, we always sit in the cars with manual transmissions so I can push in the clutch and he can "shift"

Excellent! Indoctrinate him early. :-)

Dude! Yes! Except — I have this, and I think it's just the regular CTS wagon and not the V. Right?

Oh man, it's possible. We obviously don't leave our hot wheels in the box (he still plays with some of mine that managed to survive from the early 80s), and you can't tell from the cell phone pic but that car is pretty beat up from constantly being played with. So I guess it might be true, but do you really want to be the one to break a 6 year old's heart??
